Patient group

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

We are patients, just like you.

Bruce Grove Primary Health Care Centre is proud to be involved with Patient Participation Group Awareness.

The group was started in April 2015 and we have worked with the practice to enhance the delivery of primary care services in a number of areas.

To date here are just a few of the initiatives which we have introduced:

  • Improved telephone system
  • Improved premises
  • Improved access

The group meets quarterly and we would welcome new members.
